When does my ad go live?
Within 24 hours of your payment, once your creative passes content review. You'll get an email when it's live and another if anything needs to be revised.
Can I change my creative mid-rental?
Yes — log into your advertiser dashboard and upload a new version any time. The new creative will go through the same content review before it replaces the live ad.
What happens if my creative is rejected?
We send you the rejection reason and let you upload a revised version. You're not re-charged. Common rejections: prohibited categories (payday, gambling, cannabis, political, adult, crypto/NFT, MLM, hate speech), poor legibility at 35×35px, or trademark issues.
Do I get a refund if I cancel?
Rentals are non-refundable once your creative goes live (77% has already been allocated to the loan fund). If you cancel before the creative is approved, we refund the full amount minus the Stripe processing fee.
Is this a contract or a self-serve purchase?
Self-serve. You pay by card via Stripe, the rental runs for your selected term (monthly, 3 months, or annual), and renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew in your dashboard. No paperwork unless you specifically want a signed IO for your AP team — email hello@a77inc.com.
What metrics do I get?
Your dashboard shows impressions, clicks, and click-through rate for each square in real time. You also get a weekly digest email. Reports can be exported.
What's the pricing roadmap — Drop 1, Innovator's Club, Standard?
Three phases. Drop 1 (active now) is the soft-launch tier — first 5 brands, lowest rates, monthly + 3-month terms only. After Drop 1 closes, new rentals move to Innovator's Club rates (roughly 2× the per-square rate, all term options unlocked). After 2026-07-18, new rentals move to Standard rates (~50% higher than Innovator's). Your existing rental always auto-renews at the rate you signed up at — phase changes only affect new advertisers.
Can I see exactly where 77¢ of my dollar goes?
Yes — every transaction is on the public transparency page, broken down into the 77/20/3 split. You can see your own contribution on the impact page once your rental goes live.
